Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in His mighty heavens!
Praise Him for His acts of power; praise Him for His surpassing greatness!
Praise Him with the sounding of the trumpet; praise Him with the harp and lyre!
Praise Him with timbrel and dancing; praise Him with the strings and pipe!
Praise Him with the clash of cymbals; praise Him with resounding cymbals!
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD!

Refer: Psalm 150

Lord God, in Jesus’ name we thank You for our church family. We thank you for all that worship with us. Thank You for those whose hearts serve the least of these (Matthew 25:40). Thank You, Lord, for those of every age that call Lakewood Methodist their church home. Thank You, Lord, for calling us to worship together each week. Thank You for those that diligently seek You (Hebrews 11:6).

1 I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— 5 one Lord, one faith, zone baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Refer: Ephesians 4:1-6

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in us the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit and we shall be created and You shall renew the face of the earth. O God, Who by the light of the Holy Spirit did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by that same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy Your consolations, through Christ our Lord.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, grateful for Your love and mercy. You have called us into one body, joined together in Christ, though we may at times fall short of the unity You desire. Unite us in the power of Your love and forgiveness. Remind us Whose we are, oh Lord, for we are not our own, but we have been bought with a price. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Lord, make us instruments of Your peace throughout our church that we may joyfully serve You, one another and a world that needs You. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
