Call to Worship
Therefore [Jesus] is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them.

Thanksgiving
Thank You, Jesus, for the way You pray for us. You share the intimacy that You have with the Father with every one of us, through the Holy Spirit in prayer. You pray for us to be one, just as You and the Father are one. When we are brought to complete unity, the world will see and know the depth and fullness of Your love.
Scripture Reading
20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, 23 I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me. 24 Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father, even though the world does not know you, I know you, and these know that you have sent me. 26 kI made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.”

Prayer of Intercession
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy. O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love, for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life (first prayed by St. Francis of Assisi).
Father, You and Jesus are one, just as we are one in Jesus and He is in every believer. You have given us the Holy Spirit to empower us as the body of Christ, praying together for the world. In Jesus Christ we are brought into Your very presence. Heaven and earth are joined at the cross when Your people humbly pray, with Jesus as our center. Help us walk with You daily in prayer.
As The Spirit Leads
Please continue in prayer for any personal, church, community, nation, or world needs, concerns, or thanksgivings.
Lord’s Prayer
Let us close by praying the words that Jesus taught.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Thank you for joining us in prayer. We hope you join us tomorrow.
The LORD bless you and keep you.
The LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you.
The LORD lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
