Call to Worship
Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the LORD tell their story— those He redeemed from the hand of the foe, those He gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south.
Refer: Psalm 107:1-3
Thanksgiving
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your perfect wisdom and for guiding my steps even when I cannot see the full picture. As Your Word says, I trust in You with all my heart and do not lean on my own understanding. I submit my plans and my future to You, knowing that You will make my paths straight. Thank You for being my provider, guide, and source of every good thing.
Scripture Reading
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.
Refer: Proverbs 3:5-6
Prayer of Intercession
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace: Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; Where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; It is in pardoning that we are pardoned; And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. (first prayed by St. Francis of Assisi)
Dear God, provide clarity when we are faced with crossroads. Shield us from selfish motives, worldly pressures, and deceptive influences that might cloud judgment. Invoke in us the “peace of God” as an internal umpire to confirm the right path, ensuring decisions align with Your will rather than with fleeting emotions, in Jesus’ name.
As The Spirit Leads
Please continue in prayer for any personal, church, community, nation, or world needs, concerns, or thanksgivings.
Lord’s Prayer
Let us close by praying the words that Jesus taught.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Refer: Matthew 6:9–13
Thank you for joining us in prayer. We hope you join us tomorrow.
The LORD bless you and keep you.
The LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you.
The LORD lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
—Numbers 6:24–26
