Call to Worship
Enter God’s gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him and praise His name! For the LORD is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations.
Refer: Psalm 100:4-5
Thanksgiving
Many, O LORD my God, are Your wonderful works which You have done; and Your thoughts toward us cannot be recounted to You in order. If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered. Thank You! May we give witness to thank You with our lives!
Scripture Reading
6 Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.
Refer: Deuteronomy 31:6
Prayer of Intercession
I arise today, through God’s strength to pilot me,
God’s might to uphold me,
God’s wisdom to guide me,
God’s eye to look before me,
God’s ear to hear me,
God’s word to speak for me,
God’s hand to guard me,
God’s shield to protect me,
God’s host to save me from snares of devils,
From temptation of vices, from everyone who shall wish me ill, afar and near.
–St. Patrick’s Breastplate Prayer for Protection
Thank You, Father, that You never change. Help us to abide in Christ, knowing that His grace is sufficient for every challenge in life. May we learn the lessons You desire to teach us so that we may mature in the faith by trusting Your Word and obeying Your commands. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
As The Spirit Leads
Please continue in prayer for any personal, church, community, nation, or world needs, concerns, or thanksgivings.
Lord’s Prayer
Let us close by praying the words that Jesus taught.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Refer: Matthew 6:9–13
Thank you for joining us in prayer. We hope you join us tomorrow.
The LORD bless you and keep you.
The LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you.
The LORD lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
—Numbers 6:24–26
