Thanksgiving
Thank You, Father, that nothing is impossible with You! You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. Attune our hearts to Your will, we pray.

Prayer of Intercession
Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me,
Christ beneath me, Christ above me, Christ on my right, Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down, Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me, Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,

Abba, thank You for the opportunity to come together in prayer once again and to stand in the gap for all the Delegates gathered at the Global Methodist Church Conference in South Africa. May Your Spirit cause unity to reign as Jesus Himself prayed(s). As Bishops are newly elected for the next six years, may they be Spirit dependent and empowered to fulfill Your purposes to lead the GMC with Your wisdom and guidance. In Jesus’ name we pray.
