Thanksgiving
Thank You, Triune God, that Christ Jesus has given us the Light of life and of His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. We are humbled by the gift of such extravagant love.

Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me,
Christ beneath me, Christ above me, Christ on my right, Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down, Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me, Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,

Lord, to Whom shall we go – today, tomorrow, next week, next year? To Whom shall we turn to for life’s meaning and life’s purpose and life’s richest joys? Lord, to Whom shall we bring our heart-felt worship and sweetest gratitude? our deepest hurts and trials, our darkest failures? Lord, please forgive us when we have answered these questions with anything or through anyone other than You. You have the words of eternal life! And we do believe You are the Christ, the Son of the living God. Thank You, that Your words are spirit and life! We unite our hearts to bless You and to thank You for all the opportunities provided through LMC to study Your Word together and to come to know You more. We lift to You our Worship Services, Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies, Core Groups, Sunday School classes and faith-filled fellowship groups, missions and outreach. May Your Word be alive in and through us to lead others to experience the truth of the Gospel and to Whom we all shall go, for it is in Jesus, the name above all names, we pray.

Lord’s Prayer
Let us close by praying the words that Jesus taught.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
