We praise and thank You, LORD God, for You are without beginning and without end. Thank You that all day and night long You are working for good in the world.

Prayer of Intercession
Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me,
Christ beneath me, Christ above me, Christ on my right, Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down, Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me, Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me, Christ in every ear that hears me.

Holy God, as Your people called the Global Methodist Church have gathered in South Africa to exalt Your name and seek Your guidance, we pray for every conversation, every decision, and every moment become an act of worship before You. And we ask, O God, for the revival fire of Your Holy Spirit move upon this Conference in power and spread to every GM congregation around the globe. May Your Church be awakened and may the nations see Your glory. We pray in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

Let us close by praying the words that Jesus taught.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
