Call to Worship
Therefore [Jesus] is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them.
Refer: Hebrews 7:25
Thanksgiving
Thank You, Jesus, that prayer is always first an invitation from You. You woo us with the Holy Spirit to meet with You in all kinds of prayers and requests. Thank You for giving us words to speak, for teaching us to declare the mystery of the gospel fearlessly, yet kindly.
Scripture Reading
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and shaving put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16 In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; 17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, 19 and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I gam an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.

Prayer of Intercession
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy. O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love, for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life (first prayed by St. Francis of Assisi).
Come, Holy Spirit, guide us to pray over particular situations and people. Give us the words, Scripture verses, images, and pictures that may fuel and inform our prayers. Embolden us to pray with Your words of knowledge, of prophecy and wisdom to encourage one another. We pray for God’s glory and for more of Your Love into the world. Today, we pray in Jesus’ name to be faithful disciples as we also pray blessing upon men and women in mission in foreign lands serving to make Your Gospel known.
As The Spirit Leads
Please continue in prayer for any personal, church, community, nation, or world needs, concerns, or thanksgivings.
Lord’s Prayer
Let us close by praying the words that Jesus taught.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Thank you for joining us in prayer. We hope you join us tomorrow.
The LORD bless you and keep you.
The LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you.
The LORD lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
